"Food and drinks were disappointing"
I wasn’t impressed at all, the food tasted stale and the drinks were flat. It just didn’t feel fresh, I probably wouldn’t go back.

"The queue was ridiculous, and at the time…"
The queue was ridiculous, and at the time I kept thinking it really wasn’t worth it. That said, once I finally got through, I kind of understood why people were waiting. I still wouldn’t stand in that line again, but I also wouldn’t say I totally regret going.

"Over Way Too Fast"
It was fun for a little while, I guess, but the session ended ridiculously fast. For the price, I expected more than that tiny little bit of time. Walked out feeling annoyed, like come on, that’s it?

"Am I missing something, or is this not beginner friendly?"
I tried getting into this, but I got lost quickly. Maybe I’m missing something, but there didn’t seem to be much simple guidance or help for someone starting from scratch. It kind of felt like it was made for people who already know what they’re doing.

"Awkward location"
The place itself was fine, but the location felt a bit awkward to get to. Odd. It wasn’t a huge problem, just not the most convenient spot.

"Fun, but the price is ridiculous"
I really wanted to love otherworld, and it was kind of fun while it lasted. But for what they charge, I expected either more time or some better extras included. It just felt like you pay a ridiculous amount and then the whole thing is over way too quickly. Not a bad experience, but I wouldn’t say it was worth the money.

"Just didn’t have enough for me to play"
I was disappointed with the game selection. To me, a lot of the games felt kind of the same, and I didn’t find much that I was actually excited to try. For the price, I personally expected more variety. I ended up getting bored way faster than I thought I would, so for me, it just didn’t feel worth it...

"Slept Like a Dream"
This pod was ridiculously comfy, I didn’t expect to sleep that well, but wow, I was out like a light and woke up feeling amazing. It was so cozy I almost didn’t want to leave!

"Fun idea, but way too stressful"
It sounded like a fun idea for our anniversary, but it ended up being more stressful than special. Any time something came up, it felt like nobody really took ownership or knew who was supposed to help, so we were left trying to sort things out ourselves. Not exactly the relaxed anniversary experience we were hoping for.

"Cool-looking bar, but the service needs work"
We mostly came for the lounge after our session, and it was a bit disappointing. The place looks great, but the drinks took way too long and the staff seemed like they weren’t really sure what was going on. I don’t mind paying more when the experience matches the price, but this didn’t really feel relaxing or worth it. It wasn’t terrible, but I do think management needs to take some accountability for the level of service if they’re charging these prices

"Cool idea, but too uncomfortable for me"
I wanted to like this headset, but it just felt way too heavy and awkward once I had it on. After about 15 minutes, my neck started hurting and I just wanted to sit down and take it off. I’m cautious about stuff that could cause strain or discomfort, so that was a big red flag for me. The concept is cool, but comfort really needs work

"Really immersive, but a bit dizzying"
This was super immersive and cool. After a while though, that dizzy feeling started to kick in, so I had to take a break

"Great for a Group"
I went with five friends and it worked out really well for all of us. It got a bit busy at times, but we still had a lot of fun. Overall, it’s a good choice for groups

"Am I the only one who felt the staff were kind of unfriendly?"
Am I the only one who expects the staff to at least be a little welcoming when you’re paying that much? I went in thinking it would be a fun experience, but the vibe got awkward quickly. They barely smiled, seemed annoyed when we asked basic questions, and one person was rude for no clear reason. Maybe it was just an off day, but it really took away from the whole experience for me

I was already kind of annoyed from having to wait longer than expected, and once I got inside it didn’t really get better. The place felt way too dark and crowded, and the music was so loud it was hard to relax or have a normal conversation. Just wasn’t my vibe that night.

The matches were super laggy and kept dropping. Nobody seemed able to stay connected for more than a bit, which made the whole thing frustrating

"Felt a Bit Unsafe"
I didn’t feel super safe while I was there. It seemed like the staff weren’t really paying enough attention to what was going on, which made the whole experience uncomfortable for me. just wish they had been more Watchful.

"It’s a cool place and…"
It’s a cool place and I did have some fun there. The staff were nice and seemed helpful, so that was a plus. But then the toilets were really not great, and a few of the headsets felt sweaty, which kind of ruined the vibe for me. I wanted to like it more, and parts of it were genuinely decent, but I left feeling a bit gross. Hygiene definitely needs work. 2 stars from me
